With the exception of VIP, all seating is non-allocated within the sections. This means you can book separately and sit together, as long as your group arrives together with enough time before the show starts. For Ringside VIP bookings, our venue staff will direct you to your seats on the day.

Spiegeltent Hobart’s precinct is open one hour before each performance, from Tuesday to Sunday. We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime, so you can find your seat and grab a drink without needing to rush.
Previews are performances that precede the official opening. The purpose of previews is to run the performance in front of audience before theatre critics are allowed to review the show. At The Spiegeltent, all seating is General Admission for preview performances.
In The Spiegeltent, General Admission seating is wheelchair accessible. If you require a space reserved for a wheelchair or other mobility device, please email ticketing@strutnfret.com with your booking details at least 2 days before your show.

The Spiegeltent is enclosed, and shows will go ahead in all weather conditions. You may want to bring an umbrella or poncho to keep you dry before the tent is open. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to severe weather, we will text and email anyone who bought a ticket for that session.
Yes, The Spiegeltent is a licensed venue, no outside alcohol may be brought onto the site.
A range of bar snacks are served from our onsite bar. You are also welcome to bring into The Spiegeltent precinct any food from local vendors. We ask that hot food is not brought into the tent.
