TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before proceeding with your booking please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These terms and conditions incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Neon Popcorn Pty Ltd t/a Strut & Fret (The Event Organisers).  In addition, you are bound by the Terms & Conditions of our relevant Ticketing providers, which you will be able to obtain during the purchasing process.

 

The Event Organisers may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Event Organisers will post the varied Terms and Conditions on its website.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please check your booking carefully at time of purchase, as all sales are final and cannot be refunded unless require by law.
  • Ticket exchanges may be permitted under special conditions, at the discretion of Event producers, and in some cases a fee will apply.
  • Vaccinations are not mandated to attend, however Event Organisers strongly encourage full vaccination and booster shots to stay in line with any government and/or Department of Health directives that may arise.
  • The Event Organisers operate venues licensed for the service of alcohol. In the interest of all people attending, these venues promote responsible service and consumption of alcohol at all times. All patrons must adhere to the venue’s policies and abide by the relevant liquor licensing regulations. They must respect the Venue’s bar and security staff in their duty to uphold service and safety policies. Patrons are reminded that it is an offence to supply alcohol to a minor, bring alcohol into or from a licensed premises, consume alcohol if intoxicated and to remain on licensed premises if intoxicated.
  • Ticket holders enter the site and venue at their own risk.

  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to retain any fees charged to the extent permitted by law.
  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to charge a replacement fee for lost tickets. The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse ticket replacement.
  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to change advertised programs and their respective content, dates and times, prices, venues, access arrangements and audience capacities.
  • In the event of a performance cancellation, every effort will be made to inform ticket holders.
  • The Event Organisers collect your information in case of an event cancellation or amendment. If you fail to supply sufficient contact details, The Event Organisers are not responsible for failure to contact you.
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm that your order has been placed. The Event Organisers will not be responsible for any losses you incur if you assume that an order was successfully placed having not received confirmation.
  • The right of admission is reserved by Event Organisers and inappropriate behaviour or language and intoxication will not be tolerated by Event Organisers. If you behave inappropriately, you will be asked to leave.
  • Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off or silenced during all performances.
  • No drugs, weapons, glass containers, alcohol or lasers may be taken into venues or festival precincts.
  • You must not engage in offensive or inappropriate behaviour at an event, including but not limited to by wearing or otherwise displaying any commercial, political, religious or offensive signage or logos.
  • Without prejudice to any other rights which the Event Organisers may have, if you contravene any of these Terms or Conditions, you may:
    – be refused entry to, or remove from, the venue;
    – have your ticket confiscated and/or cancelled without refund or recompense; and
    – be disqualified from purchasing tickets for or entering into other events
  • In the event that you are refused entry to an event for any reason, then, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be paid.
  • Latecomers will only be admitted to an event at the discretion of the manager and may be refused entry completely.
  • The Event Organisers prohibits the use of audio and visual recording equipment, unless expressly authorised.
  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to search a person and/or their possessions prior to entering the venue. Refusal to comply may result in non-admittance.
  • Adequate time must be allowed for the collection of tickets on arrival at the venue if applicable.
  • The Event Organisers do not accept responsibility for any delays that may be encountered at the Box Office prior to an event.
  • Ticketholders may be required to produce their ticket(s) as proof of authorised entry at any time.
  • Where concessions are applicable, suitable, and valid identification must be provided on entry to the venue. Failure or refusal to provide valid proof of concession may result in non-admittance.
  • The Event Organisers accept Companion Cards for all performances. A valid Companion Card or Companion Card number must be produced at the time of booking.
  • No children, including babes in arms are permitted to Restricted 18+ performances.
  • Tickets are only valid if purchased through The Event Organisers authorised ticketing agent/s. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of The Event Organisers, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites), nor may they be used for advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes. Tickets sold or used in breach of this condition may be cancelled without a refund, with the bearer of the ticket being refused admission.
  • By purchasing tickets, ticketholders consent to the Event Organisers or third parties it appoints or approves photographing, filming and taping them at the venue and on the venue’s site. The Event Organisers or such third parties may broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings and images of ticketholders without compensation. The Event Organisers, such third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to a ticketholder in any way for its use.
  • The Event Organisers respect the privacy of its patrons and strictly adheres to the principles of the Privacy Act 1988. The Customer Privacy Statement can be viewed on our website(s).
  • All tickets are subject to booking fees and when purchasing tickets online you acknowledge that all prices listed are in Australian Dollars only. Please note all credit cards will be charged in Australian Dollars.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • GST will apply to all goods and services supplied, including to purchasers outside of Australia. Prices set out include GST where applicable.
  • If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether an error in price is posted on the Event Organiser’s websites or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, the Event Organisers reserve the right to cancel that ticket (or the order containing the ticket) and refund the total amount paid. If any such refund is paid the Event Organisers will not be liable for any other direct, consequential or indirect loss associated with the original transaction. This policy will apply regardless of whether the transaction was a human error or malfunction of the website or other ticketing system.

  • Winners will be drawn on the date specified on Facebook, Instagram, the Event Organiser’s websites or any of its affiliate websites or email newsletter or any of its affiliate newsletters.
  • Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  • Winners will be notified by email.
  • Only one entry per person, per competition is permitted.
  • Competitions are not open to Event’s Organiser’s employees and their immediate family.
  • Event Organiser’s Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
  • Information disclosed is for use by Event Organiser’s only.
  • We reserve the rights to publicise the name of the winner through our social media networks.
