Before proceeding with your booking please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Spiegeltent Gold Coast, Blanc de Blanc Encore and Maho Magic Bar (The Event Organisers).

The Event Organisers may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Event Organisers will post the varied Terms and Conditions on its website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please check your booking carefully at time of purchase, as all sales are final and cannot be refunded unless require by law.
Ticket exchanges may be permitted under special conditions, at the discretion of Event producers, in which case a fee will apply.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed by us, you must be aged 12+ to attend Maho Magic Bar. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
You must be aged 18+ to attend Blanc de Blanc Encore.
Vaccinations are not mandated to attend Blanc de Blanc Encore, however Spiegeltent Management strongly encourage full vaccination and booster shots to stay in line with any QLD Government and Department of Health directives that may arise
It is a requirement that any guests aged 16+ must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend Maho Magic Bar and proof of vaccination must be presented on entry. You must also adhere to the COVID-safe measures, which may vary from time to time, as documented on our website(s).
Spiegeltent Gold Coast is a venue licensed for the service of alcohol. In the interest of all people attending, Spiegeltent Gold Coast promotes responsible service and consumption of alcohol at all times. All patrons must adhere to Spiegeltent Gold Coast’s policies and abide by the relevant liquor licensing regulations. They must respect Spiegeltent Gold Coast’s bar and security staff in their duty to uphold Spiegeltent Gold Coast’s service and safety policies. Patrons are reminded that it is an offence to supply alcohol to a minor, bring alcohol into or from a licensed premises, consume alcohol if intoxicated and to remain on licensed premises if intoxicated.
Maho Magic Bar is a licensed bar, there is a minimum of one drink purchase per ticket holder (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available).
Ticket holders enter the site and venue at their own risk.

The Event Organisers reserve the right to retain any fees charged to the extent permitted by law.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to charge a replacement fee for lost tickets. The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse ticket replacement.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to change advertised programs and their respective content, dates and times, prices, venues, access arrangements and audience capacities.
In the event of a performance cancellation, every effort will be made to inform ticket holders. The Event Organisers collect your information in case of an event cancellation or amendment. If you fail to supply sufficient contact details, The Event Organisers are not responsible for failure to contact you.
If you do not receive an order confirmation after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm that your order has been placed. The Event Organisers will not be responsible for any losses you incur if you assume that an order was successfully placed having not received confirmation.
The right of admission is reserved by the management of the Event Organisers Inappropriate behaviour or language and intoxication will not be tolerated at Maho Magic Bar, Blanc de Blanc Encore or at Spiegeltent Gold Coast. If you behave inappropriately you will be asked to leave.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off or silenced during all performances.
No drugs, weapons, glass containers, alcohol or lasers may be taken into Spiegeltent Gold Coast
You must not engage in offensive or inappropriate behaviour at an event, including but not limited to by wearing or otherwise displaying any commercial, political, religious or offensive signage or logos.
Without prejudice to any other rights which the Event Organisers may have, if you contravene any of these Terms or Conditions, you may:
o be refused entry to, or remove from, the venue;
o have you ticket confiscated and/or cancelled without refund or recompense; and
o be disqualified from purchasing tickets for or entering into other events
In the event that you are refused entry to an event for any reason, then, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be paid.
Latecomers will only be admitted to an event at the discretion of the manager and may be refused entry completely.
Credit cards or digital payments are preferred.
The Event Organisers prohibits the use of audio and visual recording equipment, unless expressly authorised.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to search a person and/or their possessions prior to entering the venue. Refusal to comply may result in non-admittance.
Maho Magic Bar management reserves the right to request that any individual article larger than an A5 sheet of paper be cloaked prior to entering the venue.
Adequate time must be allowed for the collection of tickets on arrival at the venue if applicable. The Event Organisers do not accept responsibility for any delays that may be encountered at the Box Office prior to an event.
Ticketholders may be required to produce their ticket(s) as proof of authorised entry at any time.
Where concessions are applicable, suitable, and valid identification must be provided on entry to the venue. Failure or refusal to provide valid proof of concession may result in non-admittance.
The Event Organisers accept Companion Cards for all performances. A valid Companion Card or Companion Card number must be produced at the time of booking.
No children, including babes in arms are permitted to Restricted 18+ performances.
Tickets are only valid if purchased through The Event Organisers authorised ticketing agent/s. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of The Event Organisers, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites), nor may they be used for advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes. Tickets sold or used in breach of this condition may be cancelled without a refund, with the bearer of the ticket being refused admission.
By purchasing tickets to Maho Magic Bar, Blanc de Blanc Encore or attending the event, ticketholders consent to the Event Organisers or third parties it appoints or approves photographing, filming and taping them at the venue and on the venue’s site. The Event Organisers or such third parties may broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings and images of ticketholders without compensation. The Event Organisers, such third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to a ticketholder in any way for its use.
The Event Organisers respect the privacy of its patrons and strictly adheres to the principles of the Privacy Act 1988. The Customer Privacy Statement can be viewed on our website(s).
All tickets are subject to booking fees and when purchasing tickets online you acknowledge that all prices listed are in Australian Dollars only. Please note all credit cards will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice
GST will apply to all goods and services supplied, including to purchasers outside of Australia. Prices set out include GST where applicable.
If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether an error in price is posted on the Maho Magic Bar, Blanc de Blanc Encore or Spiegeltent Gold Coast website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, the Event Organisers reserve the right to cancel that ticket (or the order containing the ticket) and refund the total amount paid. If any such refund is paid the Event Organisers will not be liable for any other direct, consequential or indirect loss associated with the original transaction. This policy will apply regardless of whether the transaction was a human error or malfunction of the website or other ticketing system.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Terms and Conditions

We take the health and safety of all our guests, performers and crew seriously and follow all Government requirements as well as our own COVID-safe procedures in relation to COVID-19.

Vaccinations are not mandated to attend Blanc de Blanc Encore, however Spiegeltent Management strongly encourage full vaccination and booster shots to stay in line with any QLD Government and Department of Health directives that may arise.

It is a requirement that any guests aged 16+ must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend Maho Magic Bar and proof of vaccination must be presented on entry.

In the case of any Government enforced restrictions, the Event Organisers will be guided by the State Government of QLD.

If a Ticket Holder is required to isolate and is unable to attend, they should contact the Event Organisers at least 6 hours prior to the Event to discuss their options. We will work with the ticket holder to find a remedy in the best interests of all parties.

The Event Organisers reserve the right to alter prices, audience capacity or seating arrangements on the advice of Government and State organisations in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

In the event of a Coronavirus (COVID-19) related government closure, ticket holders will be contacted via email and presented with options to remedy the cancellation.

Event Organisers will not provide a remedy if:

A ticket holder is denied entry into, or asked to leave the Event for reasons which were disclosed to the ticket holder in the ticket terms and conditions, or conditions of entry at the time of sale. For example, these reasons may include (but not be limited to) non-compliance with mandatory mask wearing, vaccination (unless legally exempt), or QR check-in requirements (or unwillingness to provide personal contact information when requested);

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Conditions of Entry:

When purchasing Tickets, you agree that you will abide by any government, venue or Event requirements in effect at the time of the Event, including (but not limited to) vaccination, mask wearing and using COVID Safe Check-In.

It is a requirement that anyone over 16 years of age must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend Maho Magic Bar and proof of vaccination must be presented on entry. This will be checked by the Maho Magic Bar team at the point of entry. Any abuse towards our team will not be tolerated and will result in you being denied access to the Venue.

Maho Magic Bar is only open to customers are fully vaccinated (as defined by QLD government at the time of the event) or have a valid medical exemption.

We encourage you to download the Check In QLD app and to link your official vaccination certificate or valid medical exemption to the Check In QLD app prior to arriving at the Venue. If you provide evidence of your vaccination status in a form other than via the Check In QLD app, you may experience delayed entry to the Venue.

Whilst attending Spiegeltent Gold Coast you and the members of your group agree that the safety of all patrons is of paramount concern, and to follow COVID safe practices as defined by Spiegeltent Gold Coast (including but not limited to scanning QR Codes for contact tracing, the use of hand sanitiser, maintaining 1.5m social distance), and to follow the directions of Spiegeltent Gold Coast personnel.

If you are attending an Event as part of a group, as the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group. In the event you are contacted directly by the Government, including the Department of Health for the purpose of contact tracing, you must: a) make the contact details of you and your group available and b) contact each member of your group, and request that they provide their contact details directly to the relevant health authorities.

Event Organisers may require patrons to wear a mask if mask mandates are in effect at the time of performance. It is the patron’s responsibility to provide their own mask. Admittance may be denied if a patron fails to produce and/or wear a mask. See QLD Health for more information on mask requirements, exemptions and how to wear a mask.

Competition/Giveaways

Winners will be randomly drawn on the date specified on Facebook, Instagram, the Strut and Fret website or any of its affiliate websites or the Strut and Fret’s email newsletter or any of its affiliate newsletters.
Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Winners will be notified by email.
Only one entry per person, per competition is permitted.
Competitions are not open to Strut and Fret employees and their immediate family.
Strut and Fret competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
Information disclosed is for use by Strut and Fret only.
We reserve the rights to publicise the name of the winner through our social media networks.
