Before proceeding with your booking please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Spiegeltent Gold Coast, Blanc de Blanc Encore and Maho Magic Bar (The Event Organisers).
The Event Organisers may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Event Organisers will post the varied Terms and Conditions on its website.
We take the health and safety of all our guests, performers and crew seriously and follow all Government requirements as well as our own COVID-safe procedures in relation to COVID-19.
Vaccinations are not mandated to attend Blanc de Blanc Encore, however Spiegeltent Management strongly encourage full vaccination and booster shots to stay in line with any QLD Government and Department of Health directives that may arise.
It is a requirement that any guests aged 16+ must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend Maho Magic Bar and proof of vaccination must be presented on entry.
In the case of any Government enforced restrictions, the Event Organisers will be guided by the State Government of QLD.
If a Ticket Holder is required to isolate and is unable to attend, they should contact the Event Organisers at least 6 hours prior to the Event to discuss their options. We will work with the ticket holder to find a remedy in the best interests of all parties.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to alter prices, audience capacity or seating arrangements on the advice of Government and State organisations in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In the event of a Coronavirus (COVID-19) related government closure, ticket holders will be contacted via email and presented with options to remedy the cancellation.
Event Organisers will not provide a remedy if:
A ticket holder is denied entry into, or asked to leave the Event for reasons which were disclosed to the ticket holder in the ticket terms and conditions, or conditions of entry at the time of sale. For example, these reasons may include (but not be limited to) non-compliance with mandatory mask wearing, vaccination (unless legally exempt), or QR check-in requirements (or unwillingness to provide personal contact information when requested);
When purchasing Tickets, you agree that you will abide by any government, venue or Event requirements in effect at the time of the Event, including (but not limited to) vaccination, mask wearing and using COVID Safe Check-In.

It is a requirement that anyone over 16 years of age must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend Maho Magic Bar and proof of vaccination must be presented on entry. This will be checked by the Maho Magic Bar team at the point of entry. Any abuse towards our team will not be tolerated and will result in you being denied access to the Venue.
Maho Magic Bar is only open to customers are fully vaccinated (as defined by QLD government at the time of the event) or have a valid medical exemption.
We encourage you to download the Check In QLD app and to link your official vaccination certificate or valid medical exemption to the Check In QLD app prior to arriving at the Venue. If you provide evidence of your vaccination status in a form other than via the Check In QLD app, you may experience delayed entry to the Venue.
Whilst attending Spiegeltent Gold Coast you and the members of your group agree that the safety of all patrons is of paramount concern, and to follow COVID safe practices as defined by Spiegeltent Gold Coast (including but not limited to scanning QR Codes for contact tracing, the use of hand sanitiser, maintaining 1.5m social distance), and to follow the directions of Spiegeltent Gold Coast personnel.
If you are attending an Event as part of a group, as the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group. In the event you are contacted directly by the Government, including the Department of Health for the purpose of contact tracing, you must: a) make the contact details of you and your group available and b) contact each member of your group, and request that they provide their contact details directly to the relevant health authorities.
Event Organisers may require patrons to wear a mask if mask mandates are in effect at the time of performance. It is the patron’s responsibility to provide their own mask. Admittance may be denied if a patron fails to produce and/or wear a mask. See QLD Health for more information on mask requirements, exemptions and how to wear a mask.
